Reporting into the PMO Global Director, I lead our EMEA ExM Workstream from a Project Management perspective. I provide guidance, oversight and direction to the EMEA Project Managers whose focus is delivery of the Ivanti ExM Products. I work alongside the ExM Consultancy Director and his team to ensure that the Ivanti ExM deliveries for EMEA are completed to the highest standard, utilising the latest and most effective supporting tools and documentation, and ensuring efficient and consistent information sharing. I continue to manage my own portfolio of EMEA project deliveries.Additionally, as the Lead Project Manager for EMEA, I provide Project Management guidance and oversight to the EMEA PMO team as a whole, including mentoring, support and acting as a point of escalation as required. Portfolio Manager responsible for procurement of a Health Records & Electronic Document Management solutionSuccessfully managed a very detailed and complicated procurement process for EDM, utilising the OJEU Competitive Dialogue Procedure procurement method to procure a document management solution, an offsite scanning provision, and a re-tender of the existing deep storage provision. Developed, with appropriate specialist support, the Full Business Case for submission to the appropriate Trust and NHS London Boards for approval. Developed a comprehensive timeline from the outset of procurement to the implementation of the first phase of the solution, to support the Trust’s understanding of the impact on staffing and operational decisions. Overall responsibility for project managing the design, deployment and support of high-end, enterprise document management, imaging and workflow software solutions across a variety of verticals, processes and technologies, to an international customer base. Programme management responsibility for the portfolio of EMEA ImageNow deployments. Management of project scope and budgets, ability to work with both internal departments and customer teams to implement solutions that meet the business needs of the customer and support further development of the product within their organisation. Work closely with the sales team in determining project scope and complexity, developing project plans for multi-phase system implementations and promoting the methodology and processes developed for ImageNow software installations. Alongside the creation and maintenance of all project documentation, further developed the project management methodology to support the changing needs of the business. Lead Project Manager / Business Analyst with responsibility for ImageNow EMEA deployments, this critical role combined both project management and business analysis functions. Responsible for the project leadership, management, planning and communication, as well as analysis and design for all ImageNow projects. Supporting the sales team as required. As the first formal project manager in the EMEA office I also had overall responsibility for implementing the Professional Services methodology and effectively established this within the EMEA-based organisation.

I was responsible for system configuration and build across the whole user base and two project teams (Acute and Community NHS Trusts) to ensure that the forthcoming implementation is both designed to fit user needs and also fits within the remit of the project.
