Victoria has 11 years of HR Business Partnering experience locally and regionally.She has most recently moved to Seattle with Amazon as a Program Manager focused on Business Operations. Her last role was with Amazon Web Services as an APJC HR Project Manager. Prior to this role, she was a HR Specialist working with regional HRBPs to program manage various APJC and ASEAN initiatives surrounding Employee Engagement, Culture-Building, Trainings, Talent Management/Development as well as Organization Reviews.
