Reporting directly to the Chairman (Founder) & Group CEO, I worked closely with the Global Sales Director and HoDs within each of our regions on sales, operations, performance and workforce related projects within the division (Australia, USA, North Asia/China, SE Asia, Africa, Middle East, Europe & UK), including IPO and ISO accreditation processes.Originally hired as the global lead for Recruitment, Training & Development, I progressed rapidly, taking on additional responsibilities as HR Business Partner, subsequently forming the newly created Global Sales Support team, of which I was Head of Department.I ensured the consistency of sales performance by supporting the Global Sales Director and Regional Managers in talent and performance management, Training & Development for the entire global sales force and its leaders.
