In 2008, I founded Suasion, LLC, a firm that creates bold strategies, innovative communications and compelling experiences that influence, educate, engage and, ultimately, transform perceptions. We employ a variety of influence strategies from disciplines including marketing, social psychology and neuroscience to meet our clients' objectives.As President, I oversee client strategies and manage a team of professionals in executing those strategies through tactics such as engagement marketing, advertising, public relations, digital marketing, community building, experiential marketing, events, and workshops. I have worked with small businesses and nonprofits, as well as state government agencies and Fortune 500 corporations. In addition to overseeing the operational and financial aspects of the company, I focus on developing a culture that makes Suasion a great place for our team to share their talents, and to grow professionally and personally. My focus at Lindstrom Machining is to develop business, financial and marketing strategies to expand the company and strengthen our position in the indusrty. As a relationship coach, I believe there is abundantly more available to married couples. Whether they are getting ready to tie the knot, have celebrated milestone anniversaries, or are trying marriage again, they can make their marriage stronger, more loving, more trusting, more of what they desire. In addition to having a certificate in Relationship Coaching, I am also a certified SYMBIS facilitator which supports pre-marital coaching as well as coaching for married couples. I have also been approved by The Gottman Institute to use The Gottman Connect and the Relationship Checkup with clients. The Relationship Checkup is an online tool that scores a relationship's strengths and challenges and provides specific recommendations - all based on extensive research on what makes relationships strong.Because I am passionate about supporting blended families, I have completed "Smart Stepfamily Therapy" trainiing from renown stepfamily expert Ron Deal and am a Recognized Smart Stepfamily Provider.Finally, I have earned a certificate in Applied Neuroscience from The Neuroscience School . This helps me equip you with science-backed techniques to help you create the change you desire.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of this leading central Pennsylvania advertising agency, I was responsible for developing effective communications strategies and tactics for a wide variety of clients - from international manufacturers and professional services firms to nonprofit organizations. I developed a new division focusing on healthcare and social services organizations, applying social marketing strategies to achieving their objectives. Additionally, I oversaw human resources and operations functions, including managing and developing employees. I also developed a successful college internship program for the agency.

While at Marketing Works, I managed advertising agency accounts, conducted strategic planning, developed marketing plans, oversaw the design and production of advertising, developed effective media plans and managed market research services.

As Director of Marketing for this international corporation selling microcomputer products, I developed marketing strategies, determined company and product positioning, and oversaw the execution of all advertising and marketing communications projects. I was responsible for multi-million dollar annual marketing budgets and a staff of twenty-five. These marketing strategies and tactics helped increase annual sales from $5 million to $350 million in just seven years.
