- PhD student, studying Student Affairs at the University of Maryland College of Education. - Work and research centers anti-racist pedagogy, critical consciousness building, and the liberation of Black people and other people of color.

- Develop and facilitate workshops, trainings and dialogues for students, departments, and organizations across campus on culture, class, race, gender, identity, power, privilege, and oppression- Work in collaboration with the Student Life division, the Center for Civic Engagement, the Center for Inclusive Excellence, faculty and university community members in developing inclusive programs, policies and practices including but not limited to town halls, speaker series, the Multicultural Symposium, Queer Prom, affinity group support, and civic engagement - Assist in the development and implementation of student leadership training and development programs developed to promote the Social Change Model of Leadership

- Annotate extant literature on speech codes and protest policies to provide historical, political, and social context of laws and policies- Develop counter-legislation with which to model a radically reimagined role for policy - Conduct and transcribe individual and focus group interviews - Conduct social movement field interviews and observations of protests and other means of community organizing- Gather archival documents, artifacts, and qualitative data (e.g., document and policy analysis)

- Collaborate with Undergraduate Student Government and campus partners on advocacy issues, town-hall programming, financial support, and university communications concerning diversity, inclusion, and equity - Organize service opportunities, social events, multicultural competency trainings, and creative outlets for student populations including students of color, women, LGBTQ, international students, and disabled students

- Promote the development of all undergraduate, Masters, and Doctoral students within USC’s Rossier School of Education by executing professional development, academic recognition, and social events

- Organize and execute a mentorship program between first and second year Postsecondary Administration and Student Affairs students, and create assessment to determine success and growth - Assist in planning the Postsecondary Administration and Student Affairs (PASA) annual recognition brunch, as well as professional development events throughout the year

- Assist in the advisement of five Greek governing councils: Asian Greek Council, Interfraternity Council, Multicultural Greek Council, National Pan-Hellenic Council, and Panhellenic Council - approximately 24% of the undergraduate student body- Support and maintain accountability for our chapters through our Trojan Greek Standards and Accreditation platform- Directly advise Panhellenic Council, and Multicultural Greek Council members in executing respective recruitment, intake, and first-year experience processes - Cultivate relationships with community stakeholders, university partners, alumni/ae, inter/national organizations, and parents and families to contribute to a thriving student community and meaningful campus experience - Advocate for student needs and interests as it relates to risk prevention, crisis management, health, and well-being needs
