I strongly believe that I am what I do and the author of my work. As a performance driven leader and program manager, I enjoy being actively engaged in strategy development and executing on initiatives designed to support aggressive growth and customer satisfaction goals. I consider myself a creative thinker, comfortable with analyzing data and systems to solve problems in partnership with cross functional teams and colleagues. I have experience in strategic plan design and implementation, establishing training and development programs, measurement tools, and process improvement tactics. I’ve worked closely with senior leaders and employees across all levels of the organization to align resources and create teams with diverse expertise and backgrounds. Through sponsorship and personal membership, I am a strong advocate of employee recognition and inclusive diversity programs. I believe these initiatives promote employee engagement, enhance creativity and overall workplace satisfaction.
