Responsible for the overall management of the organization. Designed and managed social development programs in collaboration with community organizations. Programs include: #MathareNdioNymbani program which brought together community stakeholders from the Mathare community to discuss political violence and the potentials of conflict in the community during electoral periods; Rethinking Youth Outreach program which explored the priorities, challenges, and trends in youth outreach in Kenya; and the Women Empowerment and Social Transformation program which trained over 20 women in the Kibera slums on the benefits of feminism in society and its place in community change

Managed and coordinated the Shule Yangu campaign which included stakeholders from the Ministry of Lands, National Land Commission, Transparency International, Africa Network Campaign on Education for All, Kenya Alliance for the Advancement of Child Rights, and the PAWA243 initiative. Developed, implemented, and managed a campaign strategy for the protection of public-school land in Kenya. Successfully designed and implemented a county-by-county public school titling program that is currently still in operation and managed by Kenya’s National Land Commission; Affected policy change, specifically the waiving of survey fees for public schools. Edited and managed the publication of a policy brief and a conference report. Organized and managed the first ever multi-sectoral public land conference in Kenya
