About Victoria Mulligan

I help organisations to discover and scale up new ways of working. I'm a builder of things: teams, strategies, networks and futures, using participatory tools to cocreate more resilient and adaptive communities, and purposeful cultures.I'm the creator of the Aotearoa Futures Network Map and Co-Founder and Director of Speculative Futures Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland - initiatives designed to accelerate learning and innovation while increasing the collective impact and visibility of futures work in New Zealand. I'm also the Creator and Host of The Futures Workshop a podcast showcasing the world's leading futures tools.On a day-to-day basis I'm a regular contributor to Business Desk NZ - an online news platform covering New Zealand's business and political economy, and write and review for academic and industry publications globally. I trained as a psychologist, and before joining the private sector worked extensively in governmental, non-governmental and philanthropic organisations around the world, using innovative human solutions to tackle complex global and domestic challenges.
