I’m passionate about bringing people together to solve problems in groups.I’ve been fortunate to spend my career working with and supporting arguably the best problem solvers who exist - entrepreneurs.I’ve worked with hundreds of Founders from start-up to scale-up in various roles and acted as advisor, mentor, facilitator and connector. In my role as MD at Helm (formerly The Supper Club) I led the business through COVID as we helped over 500 founders navigate the pandemic.I’m currently building a community of start-up founders as Head of Community at VC-backed, Oneday. Our mission is to help launch £1m new businesses by 2025. We help early-stage founders launch their dream businesses on a lean budget and part-time.I love working on: 1. Solving difficult problems - particularly when they are focussed around people and customers2. Developing people, leading teams and mentoring early-stage founders 3. Facilitating events, workshops and discussions - I get a real buzz when I’m able to help others get the best out of themselves and each other 4. Designing experiences, building community and creating customer advocacy I also act as chair for a Forum group of scale-up entrepreneurs.
