I’m Vicky, Learning and Apprenticeship Specialist - Current role: Senior Curriculum Manager.I work across the UK to design, create and innovate programmes to support the growth of and uptake in apprenticeships and workplace learning. My journey began as I completed an engineering apprenticeship in 2005. This had a profound impact on me, it inspired me to dedicate my career to promoting, developing, and designing learning and apprenticeships. What’s inspiring for me is to be part of a sector that has evolved to suit the needs of the economy in the way that apprenticeships have. I work with professional learners, apprentices, employers, and delivery to understand the value ongoing workplace learning has, and will continue to have, not just in the short term but for the sustainable future of work-based learning.
