Ms. Rich graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and a Master of Public Health. She has been with the Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) since 2017 and is currently assigned to the Food Operations division in the Specialized Food Office where she conducts inspections for mobile food vendors, special events, water processing facilities and water stores, dietary supplements, cosmetics, farmers markets, and food processing facilities dually inspected by FDA/USDA/etc. She is also responsible for responding to unpermitted vending complaints. Prior to her work in the Specialized Food Office, Ms. Rich was a health inspector for several big-name Las Vegas strip properties for five years.Ms. Rich is also the Founder and CEO of Victory Compliance Specialists, a company that provides ServSafe certification and food safety training. She is also the current Treasurer of the Nevada Food Safety Task force; a community partner to advance food safety knowledge across the nation.
