Victoria leads the Victorian litigation and dispute resolution team and has over 25 years experience as a commercial litigator. Her experience encompasses multi-party litigation in all jurisdictions involving complex contractual disputes with serious breaches, misleading and deceptive conduct claims, termination disputes and loss and damage carve outs.She also has experience in dealing with insurance claims, franchising disputes principally on behalf of franchisors, partnership disputes in manufacturing and professional services industries and intellectual property and restraint claims.Victoria leads the insolvency and reconstruction practice and has given advice to insolvency practitioners in a range of complex appointments. Additionally, she has conducted many public examinations, extensions of time applications, preference claims (prosecuting and defending them), insolvent trading claims and breaches of directors’ duties including the successful recovery of assets. She also has experience dealing with debt recovery and manages streamlined processes and procedures for cost effective volume recoveries.
