After more than 12 years of working closely with major corporations, I have a deep appreciation for productivity and recognize that time is our most valuable and irreplaceable resource. During long years I witnessed projects failing to launch and deals not closing due to lengthy approval processes and bureaucratic hurdles. That's why our team came up with a service that may not immediately fix all the complexities of corporate structures, but can start changing the daily lives of companies. Our goal is to enable decision-makers to gather promptly, make meetings more productive, and allow employees to dedicate more time to their core responsibilities rather than managing their calendars.Since the age of 17, I've dove into various areas, from small projects like building an observatory in the Dominican Republic (where I learned that a great idea and money alone are not enough for a successful company launch) to being part of an experienced international company involved in launching a Forex brokerage service in LATAM (which taught me the value of patience). Despite the countless hours of work with limited outcomes, I transitioned to the corporate tourism sector and built a DMC that became the official FIFA land operator during the 2018 World Cup. This experience showcased my organizational skills and revealed my positive attitude, stress resilience, and focus as a professional capable of growing a team from 4 to 180 members in just three months.When I met my co-founder, Osip, I saw a new level of productivity and ambition. Our dream is to witness how both corporate and individual users can entrust their scheduling routine to YOUKEEPS and leverage their work time effectively, leading to increased productivity for individuals and exponential company growth.Outside of the office: Whether it's exploring new destinations, embarking on exhilarating adventures like skydiving, indulging in hobbies like sewing, reading books (particularly those in the style of Azimov's artistic works!), or simply spending time playing with children (they have so much wisdom to offer!), I embrace activities that push my boundaries and inspire personal growth.
