As Key Account Manager, my responsibilities include to act as point of contact to our clients, manage the full hiring process, support my clients by generating positive brand recognition and help to improve placement ratios and retention rates. Working alongside a specialist Sourcing team, I help deliver our market leading strategy and report to the Operational Board on performance and future growth opportunities.

I was part of a team of consultants that focused on the placement of permanent multilingual IT professionals into the Swiss market on a permanent basis as well as personally supporting a portfolio of existing customers.Specialising in the Software Industry I supported requirements from engineer through to CTO across multiple industries. Technologies I worked with included J2EE, Spring, JSF, JSP, Weblogic, Hibernate, Tomcat, JBoss I was awarded Darwin Recruitment Consultant of the Year 2012-2013
