As an ambitious HR professional with over two years of experience, I have developed a strong foundation in Talent Acquisition and full-cycle recruitment. My career journey began in corporate recruiting, where I quickly adapted to handling senior-level and high-volume recruitment in fast-paced environments. My ability to understand business needs and build rapport with hiring managers has been instrumental in sourcing, selecting, and securing quality candidates across various industries, including IT, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Service, and Communications.A pivotal moment in my career was transitioning into a Health and Safety role within the construction industry. I am responsible for a wide range of duties, including conducting site inspections and writing detailed reports. I ensure that all projects comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations. To keep employees informed about available training opportunities and confident in their skills, I deliver Safety Talks and assist them with our digital Health and Safety platform. This new challenge allowed me to become an internal auditor and help uphold our Certificate of Recognition (COR).Throughout my career, I have demonstrated adaptability and excellence in diverse environments, marked by continuous learning and improvement.
