I have had many different types of learning experiences throughout my high school and now college years. During high school, I was the Captain for the Varsity Field Hockey Team; which consisted of guiding 40-60 girls to work and act like a team. Currently I am head of MSU Club Field Hockey's Fundraiser Chair. With this title I have been responsible for creating fundraisers for our team funding account. Each fundraiser occurs at different restaurants; about 2-3 a month. I am very determined, so doing the best at my job or task is always at the top of my list. Working at Marshalls has given me a whole new working experience. I learned how to work my way up the staffing latter, as well as pickup and learn new managing qualities.
