As the Director of Strategic Initiatives, I serve as a community resource and asset for Riverside Center for Innovation. In my role I lead efforts within our Construction and Trade sector, as lead educator for our BizFit Tier 2 Construction and Trade series, lead for our DBE Bonding Series, and also program adminstrator for our BizFit Tier 3 and 1 workshops as well as our REEF accelerator. I also offer support as a part of the Biden Administration's Build Back Better Plan awarded to the Pittsburgh region, and sit on Project 5, the TMACE project where I help build the supply chain between Robotics, Autonomous, and AI industries. Other duties include program management, DBE certifications, DEI training, small business resource services, and economic and community development.

Diversity Partners works to serve as a conduit in creating conversation around and within the ideas and themes of diversity, equity, and inclusion. We offer diversity consultation and training, workshops, online webinars, rebranding audits, and social justice education. Additionally, as a marketing and branding consultant, I have the capability of building a clear brand identity and developing brand trust for clients. Alongside that, I also serve at a public relations and talent management firm. We work with clients to revamp their social media presence, promote them or their services in the greater community, and serve as a point of contact for their services. Knowledgeable in social media marketing, social media management, social media content creation, branding, public relations, operations management, and project management services.

Under my role I worked on client acquisition, scheduling for film and photo shoots, business and client development, community partnerships and outreach, and basic human resources management.

Optic Voices is an engaging and interactive photography exhibit that aims to provide the public with a more authentic and true narrative of all people through the lens of captivating and thought-provoking imagery.

Hip Hop On LOCK, a nonprofit organization, is one of western Pennsylvania’s premier mentoring and arts education programs, using hip hop music, culture, dance, and more to teach relevant life-long skills in leadership, organization, cooperative economics, and knowledge of the music business.

In the role, I served as an advocate and champion of intercultural dialogue and understanding. I advised the Black Student Union, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., and Iota Phi Theta Fraternity. inc. I served as an advisor for the National Panhellenic Council and chair for the MLK Day celebration and assistant chair for Black History Month Celebration. I also conducted the Ambassador of Equality program, along with, the Multicultural Peer Mentor Program. Other duties included late-night programming, facilitating training modules and programs, and serving as a resource for the campus community.

I worked with many student identity groups on campus as an advisor. I became certified as a trainer with the National Coalition Building Institute, a facilitator, Welcome to the Party certified trainer, and a Conflict Resolution facilitator. Our office works collaboratively and cooperatively on projects that promote diversity and understanding within the campus community and world.
