She was assigned as a part of Product Innovation team (Wardah Skin) under the Product Innovation and Development (PID) division. Forum Energizing Indonesia (FEI) is an energy think-thank forum under the Alumni Association of the Department of Chemical Engineering (ILUNI) UI which aims to contribute to the nation's welfare development. Stephanie was assigned as the Head of Sponsorship division for 2 years with the achievement of total 50+ company sponsors from various industries (Energy, FMCG, Chemicals, Oil & Gas, etc) and a total of Rp400+ mio throughout my stewardship.

Danone is a leading multi-local food and beverage company building on health-focused and fast-growing categories in 3 businesses: Essential Dairy & Plant-Based products, Waters and Specialized Nutrition. She was assigned as a part of the Route-to-Market (Fundamental & Future) team under the Commercial & Business Development division.Her roles and activities included:• Examine over 6m+ rows of data in Microsoft Excel PowerPivot to weekly monitor 10+ route-to-market metrics to generate business action plans.• Manage service level across 300+ depots to enhance performance, increase competitive advantage, and ensure consumer satisfaction.• Develop monthly national strategies to bolster route-to-market plan and propel AQUA’s demand in 5 key business channels.
