As Managing Director of Vita Wellness, my focus is to help caring companies invest in the health and wellbeing of their employees in a way that is both effective and meaningful. The ethos of Vita Wellness is a holistic approach to wellbeing, meaning all factors crucial to feeling and performing well are provided for. Secondly, we're a face-to-face first company. Whilst we do offer some remote services, we believe in-person delivery is best. That's why we will never have a digital wellbeing library or online platform - we don't believe that problems so often caused by too much digital time can be solved with more digital time. Finally, we're advocates for wellbeing programmes that exist on top of an already great company culture. Integrity is important to us. That's why we offer a culture programme to make sure the base layers of the wellbeing and engagement pyramid are covered first, before adding layers like wellbeing workshops, perks etc. Having spent 10 years in demanding corporate roles, up to director level for top global consultancies, I'm intimately aware of the pressures put on staff to achieve certain targets, as well as the pressure we put on ourselves to excel in our careers.I'm passionate about triathlon, health, wellbeing and the outdoors. I've been a yoga teacher for the past 8 years and love sharing the practice that has given me so much. With Vita Wellness, I'm now in a position to blend my corporate background with my passion for sharing health and wellbeing practices that work.
