Working for an IT recruitment agency, I was responsible for accounts, administration, HR, contracts, sales support and general operations. I worked closely with the consultants to help support any candidates where required.

Working as a permanent consultant placing sales executives into a variety of roles. This involved sourcing and interviewing candidates and working with clients to determine their needs.

- Building and maintaining a permanent recruitment to recruitment desk placing permanent recruitment consultants and senior recruitment consultants on basic salaries up to £30,000- Proactively generating candidates in a highly candidate driven market through head hunting, networking and referrals- Managing clients and candidates through the complete recruitment process

- Setting up and running a permanent commercial desk placing candidates such as administrators, customer services representatives and telesales executives on basic salaries up to £25,000- Sourcing and interviewing candidates on a face to face basis- Managing clients and candidates through the complete recruitment process

This was my first role within the recruitment industry, working within the IT sector. I sourced candidates for a variety of contract and permanent roles on major accounts.
