Reporting to the Outlet Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions included consistently offering professional, friendly and engaging service, assisting Food & Beverage colleagues in all aspects of the dining experience, deliver and present food items to guests, communicate with culinary team, assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way, have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, and have knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.

Check guests identification in order to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages• Write guests food orders on order slips, enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff• Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems• Serve food and/or beverages to guests; prepare and serve specialty dishes at tables as required• Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning• Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware• Describe how the restaurant brews all the beer that is served and recommend Beer to customers• Provide outstanding service and displaying a positive attitude
