For the last 10 years I have worked in HR Generalist roles (including Recruiting), Internal recruitment and Recruitment Agency positions covering a range of industries. After a decade of soul searching I have done a 360 back to agency recruitment as I absolutely LOVE the talent side.... and especially hiring recruiters as a Rec2Rec (you are an awesome bunch!).
