I am passionate about creating and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing franchisees, and helping them achieve their business goals. I have a degree in Business from Northern Michigan University, and over 10 years of experience in franchise and real estate management, sales growth, and forecasting.In my current role, I work with brokers and developers to generate new location availability, negotiate lease contracts, and coordinate portfolio reviews. I also provide daily franchisees construction updates, and manage the equipment contract, letter of intent, and lease execution process. I have successfully opened 10 more stores than the previous year, with contracts or LOIs in place. I have also won the award for going above and beyond three months in a row, for meeting or exceeding my quota and for reengaging franchisees. I am proficient in Salesforce, Tango, Excel, Smartsheet, and Google Suite, and I have strong interpersonal, verbal, and research skills. I am a team player, a problem-solver, and a creative thinker, who values collaboration, customer satisfaction, and impact.
