► Led the full switch of our professional employer organization (PEO) system provider after creating a budget proposal, researching the market, shopping at various vendors, and utilizing external and internal benchmark data to provide more robust and cost-effective benefits for a growing team► Served as primary point of contact for all leave types: parental leaves across various states, time off requests across all departments, accommodations according to the ADA, short term disability leave, etc.► Optimized and scaled internal processes (e.g., internal communications systems, employee hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes, playbook accuracy, etc.)► Maintained the day-to-day functions of People Operations and Human Resources (e.g., completed I-9 review for onboarding, analyzed employee data reports, selected benefits and assisted in educational sessions for open enrollment for benefit selection, etc.)► Engineered delightful surprises and project manage learning opportunities for teammates through crafting company-wide biannual retreats, monthly team events, biweekly skill ups, occasional milestone celebrations, and learning fund extractions
