- The Federal Institute launched a project in order to migrate from a physical environment to a digital world. The processes and documents were digitized by an information system.- Performed the analysis, design and implementation of the architecture at the strategic, business and application layers in order to respond to business requirements. - The business processes of the institute were optimized by migrating from physical execution to a process automated by the information system that was developed, thus improving the processes performance by 20%. Also the control over information slightly increased.

- An enterprise wanted to optimize the salary management process by launching an android application in which the employees could upload their timesheets and the managers could approve them or reject them according to the case.- Worked in the analysis, design, implementation, testing and launch of the android application by following the SCRUM methodology. - From the 100% of required tasks we finished 90%, when the objective was 80%. The customer satisfaction was high.

- A government instance decided to move its processes from physical to digital mode. The processes were about the management of the different licenses that could be issued to external drivers.- Participated in a team where we analyzed 40 processes that had to be optimized by an information system. Furthermore, we created use cases and UML diagrams (class, use cases and state machine) and implemented this architecture using JAVA with netbeans, Microsoft SQL Server and Hibernate. - The business processes were migrated from a physical environment to a technological one. - Participation in several IT projects to support different customers like the Bank of Mexico, Televisa and Aserta. This gave me an integral approach and made me understand that the connection between the business and the IT (Information Technology) is a critical to the success of any business. Therefore I participated not only in technical projects to improve information systems, but also in business projects to optimize the enterprise architecture of the customers.

• Conducted the music lessons according to the CEC (Children Electone Course), Music Adventure and the New Electone Course.• Prepared students for the Yamaha Contest. The results were 1 student won the contest at national level and 1 got the 3rd place at national level.• Learned the Yamaha courses for music education by assisting to music seminars from 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013.
