Deployment of online ML models - Creation of CI/CD pipelines for ML models to be deployed using GitOps and gh actions in a service mesh environment with Kubernetes, Knative and Istio;Deployment of ML models in batch - Deployment and maintenance of Airflow in a Kubernetes environment. Created CI/CD pipelines using GitOps actions and gh actions to deploy these models as a DAG in Airflow;Model performance monitoring - Creating an automated process to check model drift and data drift according to the data science team's configuration. Using gh actions and GitOps, the process created this monitoring as DAGs in Airflow;Feature Store - Responsible for building the feature serving API that should respond to 15 thousand requests/min in 5 ms. Tested four versions of the API in Java, Kotlin, Go and Python and load tested each version using K6;Monitoring stack - Used Prometheus, Promtail, Loki and Grafana to perform operational monitoring of applications.

In this summer job I had the opportunity to have a deep dive into the working routine of OLX Brazil, gathering experience with:Job rotation - Passage through all 6 squads of the data tribe (data services, data analytics, data engineering, data science, tracking & experimentation and detectives);Experimentation - Participation in daily team meetings and discovery meetings with users for the development of internal platforms;Final Project - Allocation in the data science team for the final project of the summer job which was to start using the MLFlow machine learning platform.

In this project, raw milk was analyzed from farms of family farmers in the state of Rio de Janeiro. The objective was to provide scientific technical assistance to producers through microbiological analysis of raw milk samples. From the results of the analyzes, it was possible to guide the producer so that his production presents superior quality, increasing the value of the product.
