The department specialist role was to gather the necessary information/ partnerships with regional/ international PADD 3 procurement specialists that dealt with container ships and longboats to transport and export materials to various overseas refineries and offshore platforms. This allowed us to build a detailed database of all global logistics connections database for our company.

The main scope of my role was gathering information from our main procurement/processing plants and material suppliers to better understand the quality standards that were being set forth by upper management.
