A results oriented sales leader; VIC's first few years with PrimeSource were primarily spent developing and growing PrimeSource’s revenues. Major accomplishments during this period were establishing PrimeSource as a major staffing provider and increasing revenues from zero to over 6M in just two short years! During this period, VIC also aided in the development of all sales strategies and marketing material; this included sales proposals, sales literature, pricing strategies and selling strategies.In 2000, VIC assumed the role of Sales Manager and began directing the sales effort from a broader perspective. During his first two years as Sales Manager revenues doubled!As PrimeSource matured, the development of an executive team became necessary and VIC entered the role of Vice President while continuing to heading up new business development, under his leadership revenue grew 250%.From 2018 to 2023 VIC lead PrimeSource as President focusing on culture and growth. Creating community through open communication was a corner stone to his management style.
