-Monitoring the performance and establishing close working relationships with 112 students of the academy;-Organizing events and training sessions;-Handling the official Facebook page of the Academy, including promoting and publicizing events;-Handling communication via e-mail and Facebook messages;-Setting up a database of CV’s and administering emotional and psychological tests, in order to create individual data sets for each of the students;-Managing the students’ accounts and assisting them in case there were any system glitches while submitting the projects, as well as setting up the weekly exams;-Providing motivational or informational workshops, coaching students to achieve better results;-Drafting reports and staff meeting summaries.-Daily activities to ensure a smooth and efficient functioning of the academy.

Proven experience of identifying experts for projects financed by the European Commission, GIZ, SIDA, etc. in different regions of the world including Africa, Caribbean, Pacific region, former USSR countries and Asia. Work included careful examination of the EuropeAid Framework Contracts, SIDA and GIZ projects and Experts' profiles, then finding the right match for each particular assignment. Experience of dealing with the projects in different sectors of the development aid such as macroeconomics and public finance management, culture and education, information and communication technologies, rural development and food security, trade facilitation and private sector development. Experience of working with resumes, re-formatting them and highlighting the most relevant qualifications.Negotiation with the experts including the financial and other conditions of the contracting. Close cooperation with the partners from the Consortia including negotiations and collection of all the necessary documentation. Experience of writing the methodology to be presented for evaluation to the European Commission delegation. Good knowledge of PCM (Project Cycle Management) methodology. Thorough understanding of all the cycles of the development projects. Fully conversant with PRAG, Framework Beneficiaries Guidelines, Framework Commission Guidelines, PCM manual. Demonstrates proven knowledge of the EU politics and world geography. Solid writing and negotiation skills.CV writer and formatter with proven experience in conducting various recruiting activities such as: search of candidates, telephone/skype interviews with potential candidates and tailoring of the CVs to the proper EU format as well as to specific ToR requirements in order to emphasize each expert’s relevant experience and qualifications, reference check.
