As a Military Veteran and Artistic Director I have a passion for exposing talent and recognizing our service members as a small, but viable, passionate and vibrant part of the American fabric. I have worked in the professional music, theatre and television world for quite a while. I'm a commited part of any production team and am tireless until I get the absolute most I can out of a production situation. I believe in the process of life and am fiercely committed to the talent that has passed through my hands.I am committed to finding opportunities for exposure of passionate and talented Artists and further endeavor to provide the service members and their families "something to shoot for!"I have always known music and the process of creating to be transformative, even life changing. Served as Chief Creative Officer of The Center for American Military Music Opportunities (C*A*M*M*O), an innovative 501(c)3 nonprofit organization committed to the concept of American Service Members and Veterans joining together to share their love of music, performance and audio technology, while benefiting from the healing power of music and sound. As Chief Creative Officer am responsible for management of military related national and local music artists and choirs. Founded and developed Veteran and military family member artists including Sony Music recording artists 4TROOPS and The American Military Spouses Choir who received the USO Metro Spirit of Hope Award. Proceeds from tours, music sales and public performances are used to develop music therapy programs, which aid in the healing of PTSD, Traumatic Brain injury as well as programs that utilize experiential music therapy in the treatment of substance abuse among our Service Member population. This position is a non-salaried, predominantly volunteer position.

Was responsible for all major artistic aspects and activities, with extensive consultation and directives from the executive production team and the Office of the Secretary of the Army.• Assisted in maximizing the use of human, technical and intellectual resources to produce a show that would cost 20 million dollars to produce on the civilian market, for a budget of 1 million.• Exhaustively worked to keep the production current while keeping both musical and military history in mind, as well as the current mission of the Army.• Created Soldier Shows based on the directives from the Secretary of the Army and the Army Chief of Staff that communicated those directives in a way the Soldier and Family Member audiences could absorb, while seeking to entertain and educate the civilian audience to further support the Army’s community outreach efforts.

Coordinated all aspects of production during live three hour stadium show, which included guest musical artists and invited visitors as well as extensive lighting and multimedia presentations. Show featured different guest artists and bands at every venue, which presented staging and set change challenges. The show also included a world class illusionist and escape artist which made use of very large devices and props that had to be meticulously planned and involved water, pyrotechnics and many other elements. Conducted military casting for NBC hit show “Clash of the Choirs” featuring Patti Labelle, Kelly Rowland, Michael Bolton, Nick Lachey and Blake Shelton. Coordinated casting in Lawton, Oklahoma with NBC Crew and Fort Sill, Oklahoma with only a 3 day deadline. Further acted as segment producer to help create surprise announcements to the Soldiers that were selected. Negotiated releases for military participants once military cast members were identified. Assisted in ensuring production points that network needed on military installations and was instrumental in identifying and creating scenic elements that were used during the live telecast. Coordinated satellite greetings from Iraq for the live production. Negotiated contract which ensured that charity funds generated by Soldier performers would benefit the Army’s Morale Welfare and Recreation Division, resulting in a direct donation ,to NAFI, of $20,000.00 Soldiers’ participation resulted in GE donating $250,000.00 to the Disabled American Veterans organization. Acted as military producer and official Department of Defense on-site production representative and as such had script approval authority for the DOD.
