During my 20+ years at John Deere, I was able to learn many skills working in several roles. Starting with customer support and sales as a territory manager, I learned the importance of putting customers' needs first. I then grew an interest for marketing as I developed marketing communications, product marketing, and training and pricing strategies for the construction sector. The following step in my career at John Deere was Business Development, where I expanded into retail and wholesale financing, channel development, and strategic planning and budgeting. Later on, I served as a Re-Marketing Services Manager, where I had the chance to work closely with companies in the United States and Canada, developing and implementing strategies for the sale and marketing of the used equipment fleet owned by the company. I then led the project responsible for expanding this important business concept into Latin America and Brazil. Throughout this time, I enjoyed leading and working with teams, as well as developing new ideas and concepts, all while having the customer as first priority.Leaving my comfort zone in hopes of expanding my skill-set, I worked supporting our family business, an emerging company centered on family care and cosmetic procedures. It's been exciting and enriching to go from an established Fortune 500 corporation to a smaller health company. Currently working as Commercial Account Manager for Dobbs Equipment, the John Deere Construction dealer in South Florida, returning to my roots in the Heavy Equipment Industry.
