This approach reduced the timeline for creating the refund listing from 20 weekends to 1 weekend, saving approximately 540 hours logged; equivalent to $40,500. This process also saved an estimated 240 hours of system processing time.* As team lead I provided technical direction to the technical team which developed and implemented complex actuarial algorithms used to generate the key rating factor used in Auto premiums. I managed the work of a team of 5 people and successfully drove the execution of over $335,000 worth of project work a year for over 5 years. As a result of my leadership, our team met or exceeded all of our deadlines and made improvements to reduce defects and the amount of time needed to complete business changes.
