Using the most appropriate tools, and practices for each one.Along my carreer I have been able to develop strong teamwork skills, since I worked many years directly as customer support, but always hovering on data analisys field.I have had the oportunity to work in a variety of projects, including two major Merge and Acquisition, as Key User, representing the business area designing processes and automations as well as issuing visibilites trhoughout the project's period.With solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Salesforce Reports/Dashboards, and SAP, I daily create management reports and visibilities to ease decision making for management, and to ensure the business areas efforts are focused on the most urgent and necessary demands.Always willing to expand my areas of expertise in order to provide the best service level, I have recently started to study Power BI as well as SQL.
