I served as an Executive Assistant to the Vice-Chancellor, providing administrative and secretarial support such as:- Handled official meeting schedules and appointments, both internal and external- Managed the itinery of the Vice-Chancellor, providing updates on the to-do-lists- Attended to incoming and outgoing mails timely, channeling them to the appropriate quarters- Served as Secretary to the University Management, covering meetings, developing minutes and communicating decision extracts to concerned persons. - Coordinated the Publicity Team on admission drive within Lagos and to Ogun, Oyo, Delta, Rivers and Akwa-Ibom State respectively.- Carried out Public Relations functions, liaising with media houses on jingle production, advert placement and press releases.- Created a filing system and updated them as and when due for easy retrieval of documents- Prepared and arranged documents on behalf of the Vice-Chancellor for Council meetings- Anchored the University’s events such as Matriculation Ceremonies, Carol Service, etc.- Performed other duties as assigned by the Vice-Chancellor from time to time

- Provided administrative support to the Director of Education and the Human Resources Manager on staff recruitment, annual leave, appraisal, pension and health insurance matters.- Handled reports and meeting schedules, developing minutes of meetings and communicating required actions to concerned officers for the Board Committee on Education and Facilities.- Handled hotel and flight bookings with airport shuttle for visitors, members of staff and students.- Coordinated the logistics/transport unit, assigning duties to drivers and allocating vehicles.- Initiated and executed marketing plan for student enrolment drive.

- Prospected for potential new parents and turned this into increased student enrollment.- Established and created feeder schools which served as sources of student enrollment to the College- Led and and worked with teams to ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction which resulted in customer retention, loyalty and advocacy.- Provided administrative support to prospective and existing parents, intimating them with information about the College and attended to their complaints.- Attended to phone calls and email inquiries, channeling them to appropriate quarters.
