Besides his knowledge the job ,he had at the time he worked with me, required a lot of communication skills. It needs to be said that even though Victor’s native tongue is Spanish (or Galician as you like), his communications skills where sufficient to do the job in a relatively Dutch oriented and Dutch speaking part of the Royal IHC organization. Further I think that Victor has high working standards, deals good with feedback and knows to prioritize his tasks. Besides all of his skills Victor is an easy going and fun guy to work with and he is also a very positive guy in live. He has a good sense of humor which I’m sincerely going to miss. I’m looking forward to work with Victor again, if the possibility occurs. "
