Government Relation 1. Monitor and maintain Operation Licenses owned by the company and all its subsidiaries; 2. Registering all Operational licence needs for newly established Companies; and 3. Monitoring and maintain the validity of all Trademark Licenses owned by the Company.

1. Manage all matters related to industrial relations;     2. Helps review provisions related to employee & company rights & obligations & monitor implementation; 3. Help resolve cases of labor law/PKB violations, monitor and propose improvements; 4. Ensure that all company regulations / policies that apply in the company according to applicable laws / rules are implemented and implemented properly; and 5. Organizing and managing programs / activities together (employee events) to strengthen relationships between employees in the company.6. Labour Termination
