• Oversee grant administration for the organization and provide consultation to the Executive Director related to grants administration. • Provide oversight and administrative leadership to staff and volunteers. • Oversee the development and implementation of provider agreements for multiple statewide programs.• Guide and direct development and implementation of standard operating procedures related to grants and contract administration.• Programme implementation of donor-funded projects.• Development and submission of monthly reports• Plans, coordinates and oversees all services related to activities and projects• Ensures all clients (i.e. people living with HIV/AIDS) are rendered services as needed• Provides support to the finance team and manage the same grant process• Provides project planning, implementation and evaluation leadership while acting as key link between the organization and external agencies offering different forms of services to people living with HIV/AIDS.• Provides direct supervision to Community Care coordinators and volunteers working on the project.• Identifies training needs, plan trainings and facilitate training sessions.

• Handles all related classes, seminars and practical education on child rights and gender equality.• Takes charge of planning, developing contents and managing campaigns for the project.• Monitors and approves project expenditures as contained in the budget.• Monitors the project activities and report findings to the Executive Director, while recommending changes to enhance the project. • Handles tax matters as well as compliance with relevant government agencies, both local and national.• Manages social media pages for the organization.• Submits reports and interviews to the record team about the project.• Finds new partners and collaborators for projects.
