I enjoyed working with Oppeus International. It was their stated purpose of “Finding and Supporting Great Leaders” which attracted me. The experience has allowed me to fully understand the processes of high-quality executive search with a focus on CEO, Chair and Board appointments. The practice has also given me the opportunity to fully appreciate the disruptive technology forces at play in professional services and manufacturing: It's sobering to see the number of people from their late 40s 60s struggling to find that "next role" after being "let go" by a bank or other institution. My strength has always been the people-to-people experience, and I was glad to bring my perspectives and my social networking expertise to improve the performance of the team.
