Co-Founder and Board Member of Ilumina Foundation (www.fundacionilumina.cl) NGO supports initiatives for early childhood. Funded, developed, followed-up, and visited sites for the "Iluminando Sueños" national project, along with private companies and Chile´s government to supply beds for children in 150 villages along country. Also developed a project to include greenhouses and gardens in low-income kindergartens in Santiago.

Extensively advised one of Chile´s largest energy companies in strategic and economic development for first interconnection project in history between Chile´s two main energy grids. Advisory included detailed plans for reach for potential off takers, economic design, government discussion, and media management, among others. Advised 6 M&A transaction opportunities, 2 closed. Worked closely with project leaders in outlining all possible scenarios, market risks, negotiation strategies, and synergies.Lead the valuation opinion analysis of a US$ 700 million Private Equity fund for two years. Including different approaches to valuation (DCF, multiples and past transactions) and strategic analysis. Assets of the fund were located in Chile, Peru and Colombia.Successfully assisted in negotiation of Power Purchase Agreement between South America´s largest Photovoltaic Solar power plant and an industrial off taker.Extensively advised 2 large international renewable energy companies land in Chile, including coaching for top management, negotiation of power purchase agreements with off takers, and debt and equity raise.

Technical and economical assessment for successful integration of 4 hydro power plants on Clean Development Mechanism under Kyoto Protocol. Sold over 100K Certified Emission Reductions in Europe and neutralized carbon emissions of Chilean Lollapalooza concert in 2012.Organized and performed campaign to educate Colbún’s workers (1K) in sustainability and emission reduction issues. Including creation of sustainability protocols, implementation and lectures in power plants. Led project for Colbun´s first Carbon Footprint measurement and certification. Awarded Chile´s "Best Carbon Footprint" in 2011 and "Best Carbon Footprint Management" in 2012, by Chilean-British chamber of commerce.

Coded a tool to determine radiation and revenue projections for solar sites based on GOES satellite imaging.Developed “Best Practices for Wind and Solar Energy Site Screening Manual” for Government funded project for distribution among several Chilean companies. Organized 2 road show seminars with private companies and government authorities to launch manual and other solar initiatives.
