Shareholder and national sales and promotion for the Gravity Cartel. The Gravity Cartel is a joint US sales and service office between iXS and Spank industries. Spank is a Taiwan based manufacturer of bike parts. IXS is a Swiss protective gear and clothing company. I am responsible for setting up the US office, sales and warehouse operations. Creating a sales structure and CRM based system to help grow the brands here in the US. Responsible for all promotion of the brands in the US market including races, events and athlete support.

I was the retail store manager in Portland Oregon of Universal Cycles. I was responsible for setting up the retail floor, merchandising and displaying some of the 19000 products we carry at the Portland location. Created the service area so that we can handle repair and installation for customers. Created a sales training program for our employees to help them sell to their potential and ensure that customers have a great experience at Universal Cycles. Help inform customers on how to use our site and check our stock as well as help them make decisions on bicycles, parts and accessories that they are looking for. I also create some of the local marketing that we use for the store and mail order business. Created the Facebook page and update it regularly to better connect with our customers on the social media level.

I am an independent outside sales rep for Pivot Cycles/BH bikes, Rockgardn Sports,Magura USA, ODI Grips, American Cycling, Sombrio and Sharkies.

Was involved with starting from the ground up and running a new bike shop and online webstore.
