I have led HR teams in mid-sized (450 associates) properties to large (1400+associates) mixed-use multi-property resorts. Implemented and maintained a successful leadership strategy that has improved 10+ associate satisfaction and improved retention each year. Deeply engaged in all facets of associate relations. In my previous role as the Director of Diversity & Inclusion for Wyndham Hotel & Resorts, I leveraged programming and our social responsibility aspirations in the design and implementation of a global D&I strategy. My team and I collaborated across business functions to support training initiatives, elevate diversity metrics, and be the voice for underrepresented people. I also facilitated a suite of our curated training programs. As I join Atelier Ace I am excited to be working across all properties as well as in our corporate office to ensure we are successful in making our workplace a safe and welcoming environment for all team members and guests. Ace Hotel is a collection of individuals - multiple and inclusive - seeking to embrace the cities we live in by building spaces for gathering. What I am most excited about is assisting our team in the pursuit to make something energized, human, and soulful for our guests and team members. What intrigues me is that our hotels are inspired by an affinity for the soulful and fueled by our love for the hyperlocal.
