At the impact investment firm of ASN Bank (part of de Volksbank), I quantified the positive and negative effects of our impact investment portfolio. My analyses allowed the firm to improve sustainability reporting and more importantly steer investment. I was in the fortunate role to cover a wide range of different investments, including micro credit in.

A 2-year traineeship programme focused on broad personal and professional development, designed to improve both soft and hard skills. This included four half-year rotations at different departments throughout the entire bank.

• Coordinating and content-driven role in the European Central Bank Stress Test
• Developing a model that predicts future portfolio movements under different Climate Transition Scenarios
• Integration of long-term climate risks to the bank's Stress Test exercises

• Devising financial advice concerning bank-wide pricing for both savings and mortgage interest rates
• Product placement
• The development of programming tools to ensure more efficient pricing processes
• Constructing reports on market movements for executive-level management.

• An active and leading role in improving the Bank's Compliance Function. This included, among others:
• Writing business cases
• Stakeholder management
• Working closely with external consultants
• Pitching of new tools and projects
• Informing executive-level directors on a regular basis

Leading a team of six to organize monthly pubquizzes, usually attended by around 80 students. My main tasks included outreach to local cafes and restaurants hosting the quizzes, as well as to the university community attending them. I mostly enjoyed presenting the quizzes, most of which I did personally.
