My brother and I co-founded TinyByte Apps in 2011. We are an independent app company with apps including Scanner Radio, RoByte, and PilotPal. In 2022 I transitioned to TinyByte Apps full time.

Sr. Product Designer at Peerspace, a marketplace to book hourly unique spaces from local hosts. - Product strategy- Created a host "Add-ons" inventory to allow hosts to generate more income by selling additional attachments in addition to their space. Things like catering, video production equipment etc. Outcome: 15k Add-ons created, 3,300 spaces with Add-ons. 12% of all events booked contained Add-ons.- Increased iOS app installs by 13% through App store keyword optimization.- Created a "Day of" experience for hosts and guests on iOS. This allowed them to get their booking details (address, host/guest contact info, parking info, arrival instructions etc) on the day of their event.- Created an iOS promotion within transactional emails which resulted in +170 additional app installs per week.- Improved the Host space creation flow resulting in a 6% increase in host activation and created a follow up flow to promote new host features. This resulted in 50% of hosts adopting these features. - Led a research project with a cross functional team to better understand one of our most valuable segment of users: Video producers. I led research, studied the industry, interviewed video producers, created journey maps, created wireframes and conducted user studies which helped us create actionable projects for our roadmap to improve our product for video producers.

- Worked on the Digital Mapbook feature of FieldView on iOS, Android and web allowing farmers, agronomists and seed dealers to access visualized data of their fields and their performance.- Created a style library with Sketch components for FieldView on Android.- Designed and scaled FieldView for international rollouts in places like Brazil, Canada and Europe.- Conducted research.- Created extensive prototypes and running usability studies to learn and adapt the user experience to fit our customer's unique needs.

- Led a top to bottom redesign of Expedia on Android across all points of sale including Hotels, Flights, Car Rentals and Bundle Deals.- Created UX patterns across platform including search screens, result listings, hotel listings, flight results, filtering and checkout experiences. - Used extensive data to inform and influence the user experience- Performed usability studies- Built animated interaction prototypes to collaborate with product and engineering on app transitions and animations. - Designed for localization as a global product.
