Primeiramente, gostaria de me apresentar, eu me chamo Timo, tenho 24 anos e atualmente trabalho na Toyota Boshoku do Brasil. Passei a maior parte da minha vida estudando e me qualificando para o mercado de trabalho. Curso Tecnologia em Logística na Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, com mais de 10 cursos concluídos pelo SENAI relacionado a indústria, e recentemente me especializei em oratória, onde aprendi a arte de falar em público de forma estruturada e deliberada, com a intenção de informar, influenciar, ou entreter os ouvintes. A oratória refere-se ao conjunto de regras e técnicas adequadas para produzir e apresentar um discurso e apurar as qualidades pessoais do orador. Hoje tenho uma visão totalmente diferente do mundo automobilismo, com treinamentos de TPS e atividades internas como o QCC (Quality Control Circle), um evento que usamos ferramentas da qualidade, como: Ishikawa, Diagrama de Pareto e 5 por que, para conseguirmos encontrar e sanar a causa raiz de algum problema que esteja causando desperdício ao invés de lucro para a empresa. Mas creio que tudo isso é apenas o começo da minha carreira, onde vou poder levar esse conhecimento para os 4 cantos do mundo, e compartilhá-lo com quem realmente queira aprender e aplicá-lo no seu dia a dia.First, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Timo, I am 24 years old and I currently work at Toyota Boshoku in Brazil. I have spent most of my life studying and qualifying myself for the job market. I studied Logistics Technology at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, with more than 10 courses completed by SENAI related to the industry. I recently specialized in public speaking, where I learned the art of speaking in a structured and deliberate manner, with the intention of informing, influencing, or entertaining the audience. Public speaking refers to the set of rules and techniques appropriate for producing and presenting a speech and for assessing the personal qualities of the speaker. Today, I have a completely different view of the world of motorsports, with TPS training and internal activities such as the QCC (Quality Control Circle), an event where we use quality tools, such as: Ishikawa, Pareto Diagram and 5 Whys, to be able to find and solve the root cause of a problem that is causing waste instead of profit for the company. But I believe that all of this is just the beginning of my career, where I will be able to take this knowledge to the four corners of the world, and share it with those who really want to learn and apply it in their daily lives.
