At Ignyte Group, I leveraged my user experience, design, and analytics skills to manage business process design and improvement initiatives, conduct in-depth stakeholder interviews, facilitate requirements collection, create rapid prototypes, develop data visualizations, and drive user adoption (training) management for large organizations in the private and public sectors. I've supported several strategic initiatives aimed at developing optimized future state technology solutions via extensive market analysis, user research, and the creation of user-centric design and training requirements. I also supported website UI re-design, recruiting activities, and business development initiatives from cradle-to-grave.

During my time at IBM, I used my design expertise to support several client engagement and business development groups. I also led software teams in the detection and validation of defects, development of user requirements, and creation of design documentation. Additionally, I managed a six-person design team dedicated to business development support. Highlights include:-Designed weekly low fidelity prototypes of user dashboards in Adobe Photoshop to demo new functionalities, solicit feedback from product owners, and reconcile client requests with 100+ usability requirements and eight-person development team capability-Supervised successful solution deployment to two call centers and 200+ users, serving as troubleshooting touchpoint for 20-person team-Collaborated with 10+ sales delivery teams to develop visually-striking client-focused business development materials using Adobe Creative Cloud (including RFPs and orals presentations) to maximize win probability-Oversaw development of six-person team by staffing resources to balance strengths with opportunities, organizing checkpoints, and prioritizing 10+ weekly engagements by total contract value

I was a key player in the start-up of this Vietnamese restaurant. Prior to opening, I assisted in point-of-service system implementation, graphic design, website wireframing, and staff training, among many other responsibilities. Post-opening, I directed a front-of-house team of hosts, servers, and busboys by serving as a managerial touchpoint for all customers, resulting in consistently excellent customer experience (rated 4.5 stars on Yelp, top-ranked Vietnamese restaurant in Central Virginia).

Mason School of Business, my position in the Undergraduate Business Office allowed me to work with nearly every faculty and student organization leader in the business school. I led social media campaigns on Facebook and Twitter, wrote 10+ student profiles featured online, managed the Business School’s website using Cascade, and supported numerous events dedicated to generating a sense of inclusiveness.
