Liaising with event organizers (industrial partners and distributors) and Course Chairs/Course Faculty, and completing event information and reports for assigned events. To support AOTrauma Project Managers developing event budgets for assigned events. To update financial and non-financial information in various IT Systems (Unit4 Agresso, AO Concerto and Event Management Software Event Room). To create lists for Faculty Education and Coaching programs, as well as reviewing and processing contracts and invoices from seconded AO staff.
