Even before I began a career in property development, I had an interest in real estate from a young age. With a keen eye on new constructions and the property market. In 2009 the time was right to enter the property development sector. In conjunction with the property development I have been running a successful value focused equities fund since 2005. The two activities work both sides of my head well and provide a good life balance.
