Empretec is an international program designed as a workshop for entrepreneurial development. It is presented under the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, being present in 32 countries from Central and Latin America, Africa and Middle East. The workshop aims at developing entrepreneurial competencies for the benefit of the Romanian SME sector, using a methodology developed at Harvard University. It`s fees are supported with the help of the Agency for SMEs part of the Ministry for Economy of Romania.I prepare and deliver the EMPRETEC workshop together with fellow facilitators.- Selecting the participants based on a specific methodology - Preparing and organizing the materials needed for the workshop- Delivering modules aimed at developing specific skills and behaviors - Interacting with the participants and colleagues- Continual assessment of the participants - Reporting the results to the UN and to the Ministry for Economy

Field: Marketing Consultancy, Media Production- Establishing a client acquisition strategy;- Gathering a broad base of national and international suppliers;- Contract negotiations with suppliers based on evaluation of their production facilities, operation capabilities, pricing policies, payment terms, mode of shipment, quality, lead times; analysis of existing suppliers' performance and improvement opportunities; ensuring supply risks are effectively managed and secure supply agreements are in place;- Introduction of new products to base portfolio;- Establishing procedures regarding sales and production;- Managing contacts with most of the local advertising agencies;- Coordinating and supervising the national resellers network, including field activity;- Preparing documentation for participating in tenders with complex specifications;- Marketing expenditures - seeking marketing channels with the best ROI: developed direct mailing programs, media exposure (mainly online), participating in targeted events;- Budget managing responsibilities;- Identified target audiences and behaviors for clients and presented proposals and costs for specific campaigns;

Field: FMCG Distribution, Logistics- Development of the relationships with key clients (Selgros, Carrefour, Cora, Metro, distributors etc.) through day to day contact across different functions - merchandising, category management, supply-chain;- Contract negotiation – shelf space, annual targets, discounts with Local Key Accounts;- Managing the product`s stocks;- Preparing promotions and relevant analysis, reports of sales activities and forecasts;- Responsible for coordinating and managing the merchandising team (7 people);
