•Providing leadership and critical support in information gathering, knowledge management and dissemination of communication materials to program teams.•Responsible for occasionally travelling to the field within KELIN project implementation counties to gather information on program work, cover and capture images and footage of ongoing activities;•Updated KELIN event matrix with inputs from the programme managers ensuring the communications department prepares in advance to support all the upcoming activities;•Developing and editing existing activities footage into small twitter bites. •Writing impact, success and event stories for KELIN’s publications including, newsletters, reports, social media platforms and website; •Supporting the digital media activities on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram;•Support online communications during court proceedings; Twitter and Facebook live. •Support drafting messages and designing social media posters during the commemoration of international days; •Managing and updating KELIN’s social media; •Support Programme managers, executive director and deputy director to develop content and design to be used in KELIN’s profile booklet;

•Disseminate information on human rights, TB, & HIV/Aids through behavioural change messaging and treatment literacy for the prevention, treatment care and support of HIV/AIDS TB and Human rights to communities; •Plan and conduct capacity-building activities on HIV/AIDS, TB and Human rights •Document and collect evidence-based reports related to HIV/AIDS, TB and Human rights Violations;•Monitor HIV/AIDS, TB ccc health facilities for effective service delivery •Engage relevant stakeholders/duty bearers to contribute towards effective HIV/AIDS and TB service delivery; •Network and develop partnerships with relevant community and faith-based organizations, Traditional/local structures and county-level government officials; •Developing time-bound work plans for the implementation of the activities; •Development of a referral list to link SGBV survivors to the right service providers;

To support the team in all aspects of press work, including but not limited to:- Researching coverage opportunities- Managing journalists requests, sending out press releases and collating cuttings -- Preparing for press briefings-To support the team in all aspects of marketing, including but not limited to:- Uploading content to the website- Managing social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook and Twitter- Assisting with VIP liaison and management relating to key events, including the AnnualFundraising Gala and the Annual Award- Developing partnerships with other organisations for reciprocal marketing/cross promotionTo support the team in all aspects of advertising, including but not limited to:- Researching advertising opportunities- Entering our events into online listings sites- Liaising with designers to create new marketing materials Other responsibilities not listed above as requested by the Head of Development & External Relations and the Communications Manager.
