• Provide Level 2 tech support to the SAP platform with in the company user for several SAP modules such as, Procurement, Finance and Budget• On the procurement module provide support for the all needed information on Shopping carts, purchases order and confirmation processes • On the financial module provide support for the all needed information on account payable, user information and payments • On the Budget module provide support for the all needed information on budget transfer, available budget of a Cost center • Give to the user how to s in the SAP system on the different modules that the bank give support

• Grant access to all the need bank of America platforms, the daily task was manage by request which are incident cases, these cases was from Windows, Mainframe and Midrange platform • I worked requests such as new hired access creation in the window platform so they may have the minimum access needed to work, shared and personal drives creation with the needed permission level• All types of Mainframe server access was provided for example; BOSS, FAST,BICS etc, for the Midrange platform the most common incident cases was focus on AS400• I perform daily QA monitor evaluations to all agents in order to confirm that all proper procedures was follow for each incident cases which was manage by our department, in case of having a non-compliant evaluations, I informed to the pertinent manager to have this agent fix issue and program coaching session to explain how to avoid these to happen in future
